What Is Your Journey of Becoming a Hazer?

I decided before I was 30 I was going to quit smoking. It was September 2017 that it really started hitting me that every morning I lit a cig on the way to work they were slowly killing me and I smelled like an ashtray. So I started watching vape stuff on youtube to figure out what vapes work and what doesn't work to finally quit. Rip trippers popped up initially but I wanted a legit review and I typed something in and Jai popped up. The review was of the Joytech AIO. You could just tell he wasn't lying to you he was telling you his honest opinion and that helped me so much. After that I started watching more and more of his videos and became a hazer either Oct or Nov 2017. I will say if it wasn't for Jai and the guidance, motivation, and realness I dont know if I would of quit on Oct 18, 17. After I quit he helped me so much and I started building and got into rda's in a months time and then got into the squonks. He kept me motivated with it all but also he became a friend over these years. I am curious of yalls stories as well?

That’s a great story. It’s awesome how much JAI has effected those wanting to quit smoking.

My story is a bit different than most. I’ve never been a smoker. I’ve had a deep hatred of cigarettes and the way they smell my whole life so I never tried it. I started vaping cause a friend had me try his vape and it tasted good, I used it as an oral fixation of sorts to help me stop snaking and eating all the time. It worked and helped me lose weight and shape up just by doing that. My way to being a Hazer came out of curiosity. I wanted to learn more about different vaping devices and would check out different reviews. I ended up on Jai’s channel and loved the way his videos were, the way he portrayed himself and I always found myself laughing and having a good time watching him.
I started learning more about DNA’s and saw JAI using his prototype inception a lot  so seeking more information I found YouTube members and patreon just looking to learn about it. Saw he had a discord and figured I could search through that for information to learn more. Joined $10 and then immediately went to $25 to get the discord access. I was rather spoiled with all the zooms when I joined back in May/June and had a lot of fun being listening to everyone, shooting the shit, going back and forth.

I know at the start a lot of people were apprehensive of me and it was justified, I’m loud and argumentative. But time passed and I got better  learned from a lot of Hazers and took their advice on things. Listened to Jai’s advice and now here I am, usually always active and always around, getting the wonderful opportunity to do ITM with Jai and just genuinely being around all the Hazers and Jai and Brie on a constant basis.

I started dual using back in 2011 and mostly used the Ego devices. Back in 2017 i was had moved on to a Kangertech Toptank but i really wanted something new and for the first time i started looking on Youtube for reviews, i found Jai´s review on the SMOK G-Priv 220W Box Mod . I instantly got hooked on watching Jai and i found him so different from every other reviewer i ever seen and he made me laugh so hard. It was around this point i stopped dual using and watching Jai really helped me with that. It took me a year to become a Patreon (2018) and about another year to join Discord.

I have had so much fun during the years, a lot of tears to both happy and sad. I have made a lot of Hazer friends .
I love the diversity of the cult and i consider many Hazers family.

I quit smoking and starting vaping 7 years ago. As I was looking through YouTube at vape reviews I found jai. From day one I was hooked. His sense of humor and brutal honesty put me in mind of myself.
I’ve been a YouTube hazer for almost two years and I was a member of Patreon for about a year and had to step back from Patreon for a while but as soon as I got the opportunity I’m back. Being a part of the hazer community is priceless really. Having someone any time of the day or night that will be there to listen to talk or to give ya a laugh is awesome. I mean really think about it. There are some people in this life that have no one and fortunately we have one of the best and craziest families around 🤘🏻

I started vaping somewhere around 2007-2008.  Don't remember when I started watching vape videos but I do remember after watching several vape reviewers Jai was the one I would continually gravitate to. Absolutely love his personality and honesty....that was somewhere between 2016-2017. I even remember Jai saying he was starting a Patreon but back then I had no idea what Patreon was really about or how much I would personally gain from it. Beat myself up a lot for not joining immediately. Took me about a year to make the leap and I joined up June 2018. Can't express what Jai, Brie, and many others on here have come to mean to me.  I don't have any real true friends outside of here so having this place where I can go hang out and talk about whatever, with my favorite people has been a life saver for me. And I mean that truly.  Thank you Jai, Brie, and so many others for being there for me.. I don't know where I would be without you. You all will forever hold a very special place in my heart. 😘

I started vaping probably 2013-2014. I started smoking when I was about 12 and actually sold cigarettes in school as a hustle. I became friends with a kid that was selling vapes and we hit it off. He ended selling me my first vape which was an ego stick with a kanger tank. After that I upgraded to a ijoy scion starter kit about 2 months later and was vaping really shitty juices until about a year ago when I actually had the money to buy decent juice. Over that time I watched a lot of reviewers and at first I'll be honest, I didn't really like Jai as a reviewer just because I felt he was very brash and I was way younger at the time. As the years went on, I realized that Jai was actually the best reviewer and it took me long enough to figure that out. So glad that i can support Jai and have been welcomed into this family.
